Gus Hoelscher
(Guitar, Percussion, Vocals)Talented songwriter and founder of "Maple Jam" Has appeared on the KDHX "Song Circle of Friends" Radio Show. He is partial to Jimmy Reed and other blues greats, but appreciates good melodies and lyrics regardless of the genre.
Larry O’Neill (Harmonica, Percussion, Vocals)
A dynamic singer, Larry lights up center stage with his harmonica, bongos and stylish hats. A former student of St. Louis harmonica great Sandy Weltman, Larry favors the blues but enjoys singing the works of all great song writers including Johnny Cash and Buddy Holly.
Dan Hellinger (Mandolin, Guitar, Vocals)
For many years Dan has moderated the Focal Point's acoustic jam, where he first played with Gus and Larry. Building on his talents with mandolin and guitar, he demonstrates his passion for the blues and bluegrass.

Peter Mathiesen (Bass & vocals)
Pete joined Maple Jam in spring 2008. While living in New York in the '70s and '80s, Pete performed in landmark venues including CBGB's and Max's Kansas City, and he produced two bands in addition to his bass duties. He also recorded with Johnny Johnson, Chuck Berry's late collaborator.

Carter Dunkin (Bass & vocals)
Carter joined Maple Jam in spring 2008, alternating bass assignments with Pete. Despite musical tastes ranging from James Brown to Bob Wills, the blues have been his favorite since taking up the bass as a teenager and hearing Muddy Waters and the Paul Butterfield Blues Band. He brings a vintage tone and solid style to every gig.
